All shipments are shipped through USPS, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided during checkout once your order has shipped. Most of TMUShop.com’s products are perishable goods, and as such, we do not accept returns as these are final sale only, they cannot be returned, exchanged, nor switched to a store credit account. Any equipment we may offer now or in the future may be returned within the first 30 days from the purchase date as long as it is still unused, within its original packaging, and contains all the parts and paperwork. TMUShop.com does not supply return shipping labels, customers are responsible for these and they will not be reimbursed for them. If a customer refuses the delivery of their order that contains perishable goods, they will not be refunded as all perishable goods are final sale.

 

We work hard to create high quality products, if there is an issue with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible so we are able to find a resolution for you. If you did not receive your order we will do our best to track your package and update you as quickly as possible. However, if your order is not shipped to the correct address because you provided the wrong information during checkout then you shall be responsible for the second attempts shipping costs and shall receive the original items shipped. You will not receive a refund if you request to cancel. We highly recommend creating an account on the USPS website where you can sign up for informed delivery which will notify you  of any incoming shipments and allow you to  check on the status of your delivery. If there is an issue, you may be able to  intercept and reroute the delivery address online or have the item held at the post office for you to pick up as TMUshop.com uses first class delivery and higher through USPS. 

 

TMUshop.com ships orders Monday through Saturday, unless there are extenuating circumstances, at which time should a situation occur, TMUshop.com shall message you via the contact details you provided when the order was placed. Emails may be sent by third party label brokers on TMUshop.com's behalf containing a confirmation of shipping details and tracking numbers. Orders may be delayed due to circumstances outside of our control, this may include but is not limited to national emergencies, national disasters, bad weather, state or government shutdowns, and COVID-19 restrictions. If something of this nature occurs, please know we are doing our best to serve you and will not offer refunds or discounts if a delay occurs. Customers need order at their own risk.
